By accessing and using AIghtBet Sports ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by AIghtBet Sports LLC, a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
AIghtBet Sports is a sports analytics and prediction platform that provides AI-powered insights for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate, process, or accept any form of gambling, betting, or wagering.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using AIghtBet Sports, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Service is intended for users located in the United States. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction.

AIghtBet Sports provides:

IMPORTANT: AIghtBet Sports does NOT:

Accept, place, or facilitate bets or wagers of any kind

Process gambling transactions or handle gambling funds
•
Guarantee the accuracy of predictions or analytics
•
Promise or imply any specific financial outcomes
4. AI Predictions Disclaimer
ALL PREDICTIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Our AI-generated predictions are based on historical data, statistical models, and algorithms. However, sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no prediction system can guarantee accuracy or results.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Past performance does not guarantee future results
•
AI predictions do not constitute personalized gambling advice
•
You should not rely solely on our predictions for any betting decisions
•
We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of predictions
•
Sports outcomes can be affected by numerous unpredictable factors
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
•
Maintain and promptly update your account information
•
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
•
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
•
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not create multiple accounts, share accounts, or transfer your account to another person without our express written permission.
6. Subscription and Payment
AIghtBet Sports may offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid tier:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
•
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
•
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
•
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
•
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
6.1 Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple via the Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) system under Apple's standard terms. By purchasing an iOS subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

Apple is the seller of record for all iOS subscription transactions
•
Subscription management — including price changes, plan changes, and cancellation — is available through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions)
•
Refund requests for IAP purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by AIghtBet Sports
•
Receipt validation and entitlement state are processed by RevenueCat as our sub-processor; see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for the data slice involved
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on AIghtBet Sports, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, AI models, predictions, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of AIghtBet Sports and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
•
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
•
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms or AI models
•
Use our predictions, data, or content for commercial purposes without written permission
•
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
•
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
•
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our personnel
•
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
•
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
•
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
•
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
•
Engage in any fraudulent activity or data mining
•
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
AIghtBet Sports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
•
Loss of use or business interruption
•
Betting or gambling losses of any kind
•
Any damages arising from reliance on our predictions or analytics
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIghtBet Sports in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
•
Predictions or analytics will be accurate, complete, or reliable
•
Any defects will be corrected
•
The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIghtBet Sports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the Service
•
Your violation of these Terms
•
Your violation of any third-party rights
•
Any betting or gambling activities you engage in
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall take place in Florida.
12.1 Class-Action Waiver
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, mass action, or consolidated action, and to serve as a representative, agent, or member of any class of claimants.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with venue in Hillsborough County, Florida. Florida law governs these Terms without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
